Need to make changes to your subscription? Whether you’re looking to cancel, update your billing information, or view past receipts, you can manage it all from your account settings.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Go to the FlightAware login page.

Enter the primary email on your FlightAware Account and click Log In.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Subscription
There are two ways to navigate to the management page:

Direct Link

From the My Account Section

After logging in, click on My Account from the navigation menu.

- Select the option for Subscriptions from the menu tab
Step 3: Manage Subscription
From here, click 'Manage' along the right side of the screen to access your subscription settings:
You can update your billing information, access your invoices/receipts, and cancel your subscription from this page.
Please note, for all FlightAware Global, AeroAPI, FBO ToolBox, FATV, and Firehose accounts, you must reference this page to update your billing information. The above steps are specifically for Aviator and Premium account subscriptions.
