Need to cancel to your subscription?  You can manage it all from the self-service features in your account settings.

Please note: the following article only pertains to the product/subscription(s) listed below.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

• Go to the FlightAware login page.

• Enter the primary email on your FlightAware Account and click Log In.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Subscription

There are two ways to navigate to the management page:

1. Direct Link

   • Visit https://www.flightaware.com/account/manage/subscriptions

2. From the My Account Section

   • After logging in, click on My Account from the navigation menu.

   • Select the option for Subscriptions from the menu tab

Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription

• • From here, you can click 'Cancel' along the right side of the screen to access your subscription settings:

• • You can confirm your subscription was cancelled by clicking 'manage'. You will be notified of your cancellation date when you have successfully cancelled your subscription.
