How Do I Access My Purchased Reports?

You can easily access and download your current and previously purchased custom reports through your FlightAware account. Follow the steps below to locate and download your reports.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Step 2: Navigate to Your Reports

There are two ways to navigate to the reports page:

  1. Direct Link

  1. From the home page

  • After logging in, click on My Account in the top right corner.

  • Select the option for My Reports from the menu tab.

Step 3: Download Your Report

From here, you can see your purchased report history and your current report subscriptions.

  • If the report has not expired, you will still be able to download the report. If it has expired, the download link will read 'unavailable' and you will have to contact support@flightaware.com to re-gain access.
  • If you wish to cancel a report subscription, you can select the 'cancel' option under the action tab on the specific report.
