If you're having trouble accessing certain features in the FlightAware mobile app, it's possible you may have been logged out—this can happen occasionally, and it’s not always obvious when it does. To help you verify that you're logged in and make the most of the app’s features, we’ve put together a quick guide.

Step 1: Open the App

Drag the search bar down so you can see your recent searches and configured alerts.

Click the 3-blue dots in the top right corner
Step 2: Click My Account
If you are signed into your account, you will see your username under 'My Account'. However, if you are not actively signed into your account on the app, you will see Guest written.

Step 3: Your Account Profile Page
At the top of this Account Page, you will be prompted to sign in or 'Get Started' if you are not logged into your account.
Step 4: Sign In
You will be presented with the option to sign in or create an account. When signing in, you can sign in with your email address or username.
