How Do I Update Premium Subscription Billing?

Keeping your billing information up to date ensures uninterrupted access to your services and helps avoid any potential payment issues. In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps to update your billing information.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Step 2: Navigate to Your Subscriptions

There are two ways to navigate to the subscriptions:

  1. Direct Link

From the home page

    • After logging in, click on My Account in the top right corner.

  • Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab on your Account Management page.

Step 3: Manage and Select Payment Method

  • Click 'Manage' along the right side of the screen to access your subscription settings:

  • Select Payment Methods to edit or add a credit card on file.
