As an FBO ToolBox Admin, you can delegate access to additional users. This article will explain how.

FBO Toolbox
Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Go to the FlightAware login page.

Enter the primary email on your FlightAware Account and click Log In.
Step 2: Navigate to 'My FBO ToolBox' at the top
- Select 'Manage' from the drop down menu
Step 3: Add Users
- Compile a list of email addresses for users to be added to FBO Toolbox. These can be emails associated with existing FlightAware accounts, or emails not currently associated with one.
- In the empty text box under the 'Authorized Users' section, type or paste in the email address for the user you'd like to add.

- For emails associated with existing FlightAware accounts, instructions on how to access FBO Toolbox will be sent upon being added.
- For unregistered users, an email with an invite to register for a new FlightAware account will be sent.

- Any 'Additional Admins' that are listed will also be able to add and remove authorized users.
