How Do I Add Users to FBO Toolbox?

As an FBO ToolBox Admin, you can delegate access to additional users. This article will explain how.

FBO Toolbox 

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Step 2: Navigate to 'My FBO ToolBox' at the top

  • Select 'Manage' from the drop down menu

Step 3: Add Users

  • Compile a list of email addresses for users to be added to FBO Toolbox. These can be emails associated with existing FlightAware accounts, or emails not currently associated with one. 

  • In the empty text box under the 'Authorized Users' section, type or paste in the email address for the user you'd like to add.
        • For emails associated with existing FlightAware accounts, instructions on how to access FBO Toolbox will be sent upon being added. 
        • For unregistered users, an email with an invite to register for a new FlightAware account will be sent. 

  • Any 'Additional Admins' that are listed will also be able to add and remove authorized users.
