This article provides step-by-step instructions for Global users, as well as those using FBO ToolBox, FlightAware TV (FATV), AeroAPI, and Firehose. Follow this guide to easily locate and download your subscription or service receipts.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

• Go to the FlightAware login page.
• Enter the primary email on your FlightAware Account and click Log In.

Step 2: Navigate to Receipts/Invoices

There are two ways to navigate to this page:

1. Direct Link
   • Visit https://www.flightaware.com/account/manage/invoices
2. From the My Account Section
   • After logging in, click on My Account from the navigation menu.

• Select the option for Invoices/Receipts

Step 3: Download Your Receipt

Click the hyperlink to download the invoice/receipt.
