To manage flight tracking access to your aircraft(s), you have the ability to add and remove users on your Global account. By adding users, you grant them access to track your aircraft(s) and receive relevant information through alerts. On the other hand, removing users restricts their access, where they are unable to view any movement or information related to the aircraft(s).
Add Users
1. Log in to your FlightAware account on the FlightAware website.
2. Once logged in, go to your FlightAware Global account management page. You can do this in two ways:

- Click on "My FlightAware Global" at the top of your FlightAware homepage.

- Alternatively, hover over your username and click "My Accounts", then locate and select the "Global Accounts" tab.
3. On the FlightAware Global account management page, locate and click on the "User" tab. This tab will display the list of users associated with your Global account.
3. Click the blue button labeled "+Add User to Account" above the user tab. This will open a pop-up box where you can enter email addresses for users you wish to add.
If the email is already associated with an existing FlightAware account, the global account will automatically sync with that user's existing account. They will receive an email notification informing them about the granted access to the global account for flight tracking.
If the added email does not have a FlightAware account yet, a new account will be created. The user will receive an email notification with instructions to activate their account and gain access to the global account and flight tracking features.
4. Lastly, click on "Save Changes".
Remove Users
1. On the FlightAware Global account management page, go to the "Users" tab.
2. Tick the box associated with the user you wish to remove from account or group.
3. Click "Remove from Account".
